BACKGROUND
Founded in 2012 and has become one of Malaysia’s leading service provider in maintaining, repairing and overhauling military training simulators. The Royal Malaysian Navy is its main customer since formation. With main operational office in the City of Maritime, Naval and Tourism, Lumut Perak, Teknomatrik has expanded its operations with the opening of its second operational office in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah while Subang Jaya, Selangor was chosen to operate the Finance office.
While focusing and expanding its maintenance services, Teknomatrik diversified into another challenging business area; Software Development. The main focus of the new business is to design and to develop Naval Training Simulators. Such venture was made based on the vast experience of its key personnel in Electronic, Engineering Research and Development, and Development of Naval Training Simulators.
Today, Teknomatrik has successfully positioned itself in both Defence and Maritime Industries. The excellent record in repairing and maintaining simulation products from Naval Group French and Rheinmetall Electronics Germany has proven its International-Level playground.
The new directions and policies set by the Government to encourage more local companies to play vital and active roles in domestic Defence Industry with the objective to increase the country self-reliance has paved the way for Teknomatrik to realize the goals.
